- Poster session – showcase your research on campus
- Postdocs, graduate students, and undergrads are eligible
- Abstracts should be 3,500 characters (including spaces) or less
- Submission deadline is September 4th, 2026
- Trainees: Submit an abstract here
- Speaker Nominations: CCBM faculty nominate a trainee speaker
- Refreshments: Light breakfast, coffee, and lunch provided

Registration is free to CCBM faculty and trainees, but is required to attend. General registration is $125. The venue has an occupancy limit; we will close registration when we reach capacity.
