  • Presenters: Faculty, post‑docs, PhD students, and a panel of entrepreneurs and scientists at the clinical interface
  • Poster session – showcase your research on campus
    • Postdocs, graduate students, and undergrads are eligible
    • Abstracts should be 3,500 characters (including spaces) or less
    • Submission deadline is September 4th, 2026
    • Trainees: Submit an abstract here
  • Speaker Nominations: CCBM faculty nominate a trainee speaker
  • Refreshments: Light breakfast, coffee, and lunch provided

Registration is free to CCBM faculty and trainees, but is required to attend. General registration is $125. The venue has an occupancy limit; we will close registration when we reach capacity.
