  1. After you receive your registration confirmation, you can begin visiting event site here: https://whova.com/portal/webapp/ccac_202102
  2. In the Whova event site, click “Agenda” (left hand side) to view the schedule. You can add sessions to your own individual agenda by clicking “add to my agenda”. 
  3. On November 5, when you want to attend a session, click “View Session”. The session will stream on the screen of this page. 
  4. You can ask questions using the Q&A box to the right. Moderators will relay these questions during the session Q&A.
  5. You can participate in any polls launched by the speaker on the right.

You can view profiles of and chat with fellow attendees in the Attendees area and participate in group discussions in the Community Board space. Be sure to check out the poster session located in the Artifact Center!

The poster session will be held from 11:40am to 12:40pm on the Whova app. The abstracts and posters will be available as soon as presenters upload their information, feel free to visit before the meeting date. You will see a Zoom link within each presenter's area for those who will have live Q&A.

 

Presenters, upon registration you will be sent an email from Whova with a template for uploading your information including your single page poster (pdf or powerpoint), as well as your Zoom link for your live Q&A session. This template also has a section for your abstract, we ask you keep it to approximately 250 words.
